Our Commercial Management services cover a wide variety
of properties, from lock-up shops to town centre schemes,
small warehouses to major industrial estates and from
office suites to multi-occupied high rise office blocks.
Geographically, we manage properties
from Aberdeen to Southampton, and from Exeter to Norwich.
The extent of the service is flexible
and ranges from full portfolio management to include
rent collection, service charges, responsibility for
repairs, rent reviews, lease renewals and the re-letting
of void space, to a database function purely recording
and actioning lease details.
We are used to administering portfolios
of property located throughout the United Kingdom and
providing one-stop reporting service to clients with
a dedicated Account Manager maintaining regular liaison
with the client.
We also provide an accounting/payment
service whereby we can account for mortgage repayments
from rental income received.
Following a 12-month review audit the
original contract was extended for an additional 2-year
term.
SIPP Management
We manage approaching 2000 commercial investment
properties for Pension Fund Trustees throughout the
United Kingdom. The service provided not only includes
full management but also rent reviews, lease renewals
and tri-annual valuations.

We were appointed in 1998 to manage the commercial
property within this portfolio. The number of properties
extends to 1500 with a rent roll in excess of £21 million.
The properties are located across the UK and range in
size from small self-contained office investments to
large office buildings and industrial units with Government
tenancies.
